Matthew has skillfully opened/developed 35 dental practices in both Texas and Washington state, 5 dental laboratories and was Chief Business Development Officer for Paramount Med spas in Houston, Texas and has successfully lead Seraph Dental Management into managing over $40 Million worth of assets and personnel since 2009. Matthew has extensive tried & tested field experience along with uncommon discipline which has enabled him to develop strategic methods for training doctors and auxiliary staff in the treatment of patients outside the standard dental practice environment. In an effort to aid in the expansion of the managed practices auxiliary staff, Matthew included the dental practices as one site for Bryman College’s dental assisting extern program for a year. He developed training protocols unique to each assistant to maximize their potential both in multi-group dental practices as well as in a mobile dental environment. Matthew is highly trained in the art of removable/fixed dental restorations, dental practice management and compassionate treatment of patients.
