DrDDS Marketing Systems provides dental marketing consulting and the R7 Dental System — a marketing automation platform for dental practices and DSOs. The Site is used to provide information about our services, collect inquiries, and schedule strategy sessions. Actual service delivery is governed by a separate service agreement between DrDDS Marketing Systems and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

4. SMS Communications

The R7 Dental System, R7 framework, and all associated methodologies are proprietary to DrDDS Marketing Systems. Results mentioned on the Site (new patients, revenue increases, etc.) represent outcomes achieved by specific clients and are not guaranteed for all users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrDDS Marketing Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services.
